How the additional bonus structure works:
Who is eligible? All brokers who are appointed to sell Delta Dental of Missouri and DeltaVision individual plans are eligible for the program.
What can I earn? New sales bonuses are based on the total new individual dental policies and vision policies for effective dates of January 1 through December 31.
PLUS, earn an additional 10% retention bonus year over year!
Below is an example of a broker who sold 225 policies in 2025 totaling $190,000 in new sales dollars. With constant and level sales volume, the year-over-year payout is substantial.
